We have access to 100's of private money sources that want to fund all of our residenatial loans. Private money loans in most cases have a requirement for less documentation and usually close faster. As well credit score requirements are not a major factor in determining if the borrower qualifies for financing. Having challenged credit is ok! Most investors want to make sure that there is sufficient equity and the borrower has the capacity to make the monthly loan payments.
